How to Process a Deer

This DVD video shows how to "break down" the deer to get the various cuts of meat.

It shows how to make jerky; grind hamburger; season, mix, and grind pork with trimmings; to make sausage and how to wrap the meat for storage. All cutting is done by hand with a boneing knife. No power equipment is used except for grinding the meat.
